I watched the rally unfold with trembling hope. I prayed for safety, for truth, for change. But when the news came, young lives lost, dreams crushed, I couldn’t breathe. It breaks my heart and makes me angry at the same time.

Psalm 126: Those who sow with tears will reap with songs of joy. I do not feel the confidence yet and joy on what is happening in our country, but im sowing. With every prayer, every post, every quiet act of integrity.

Pa balik-balik. Corruption, violence, silence. But I refuse to raise my children in a loop of despair. I will teach them to speak, to serve, to stand. Even when it costs.

So what now? I write. I remember. I raise my children with truth in their bones. I will not forget the names on the pavement. I will not stop praying for a nation that listens. I will not stop hoping.
