Hello mga Ka MP! Sana po ay hindi tayo dumating sa oras na nag-eexpress lang tayo ng worship pag may hawak tayong mic o instruments or in other words kung naka assign lang po tayo na mag-minister. Sana po kahit nasa baba tayo ng stage ay nandun pa rin ang eagerness natin umawit o magpuri sa ating Dios na mabuti. Sana rin po ay hindi lang tayo on time dumating sa church pag naka assign tayo. Part po ng pagiging worship leader o worship team ay leader din po tayo sa punctuality when it comes to our worship services. At leader pa rin po tayo sa awitan kahit off stage o hindi tayo naka assign. Nakakalungkot po kasi minsan kapag ang worship team member ay darating na late tapos nandun po sa pinaka likod na seats at nagoobserve lang na parang first time visitor✌️. Kapag naging mindset po natin na hindi lang tayo leader on-stage subalit off-stage din ay sure na mas magiging effective po tayo mag lead sa ating congregation and of course it will elevate your confidence dahil we take our leadership seriously. Kaya po kung ito ay struggle ng team natin, first of all there is no condemnation because we are in Christ. Need lang po natin mag repent sa ating mindset and just be better all by the Grace of God.
