𝗡𝗘𝗪𝗦 | 𝗣𝗮𝗺𝗽𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗮 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗨 𝗮𝗻𝗻𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗰𝗲𝘀 𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗹𝘆 𝗮𝗰𝗮𝗱 𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿 𝘀𝗸𝗲𝗱 𝗳𝗼𝗿 ‘𝟮𝟲-‘𝟮𝟳

In an advisory posted today, June 5, on the university’s official page, Pampanga State University (PampangaStateU) announced early schedule for academic year 2026-2027, starting the semester as early as July.

According to the announcement, classes of Laboratory High School and undergraduates programs are set to commence on July 27, 2026 — earlier than last year’s August 4.

𝗜𝗡 𝗣𝗛𝗢𝗧𝗢𝗦 | 𝟮𝟭𝟭 𝗟𝗛𝗦 𝘀𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲𝘀 𝗺𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗵 𝗶𝗻 𝗣𝗮𝗺𝗽𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗮 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗨 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗰𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗼𝗻𝘆

Culminating their junior high school journey, 211 Laboratory High School (LHS) students of Pampanga State University marched as completers today, June 4, during the 2026 Completion Ceremony held at Dr. Ernesto T. Nicdao Sports Center.

Of the 211 completers, 83 students were recognized for academic excellence, while 19 were awarded for outstanding performance in specific disciplines and two for leadership.

Additionally, 32 outstanding students received awards in their respective specializations in technical-vocational education.

Setting an inspiring tone for the batch, With High Honors awardee Rhiane Mae P. Herrera emphasized in her welcome address how the completion ceremony's theme reflects the kind of students they strive to become.

“In a world that constantly measures people by achievements, grades, and success, our theme reminds us that true leadership is not only built through knowledge but also through integrity, compassion, and determination,” Herrera shared in her speech.

Meanwhile, With High Honors and Leadership Awardee Weandzel P. Salvador delivered the message of gratitude, reflecting on the series of highs and lows they navigated throughout their four years within the halls of LHS.

“We all began our journey at the gates of this university, wondering whether we would adapt easily, make friends, and have a fulfilling high school life,” she recalled.

𝗜𝗦𝗔𝗡𝗚 𝗟𝗜𝗛𝗔𝗠 𝗣𝗔𝗥𝗔 𝗦𝗔 𝗠𝗚𝗔 𝗕𝗔𝗚𝗢𝗡𝗚 𝗜𝗦𝗞𝗢𝗟𝗔𝗥 𝗡𝗚 𝗕𝗔𝗬𝗔𝗡

Minamahal naming mga Isko at Iska,

Mas malaki ang mundo na naghihintay sa inyo sa loob ng pamantasan. Dito, hindi sapat ang talino, dahil dapat ay kaakibat din nito ang tapang at paninindigan.

Sa pagpasok niyo rito, mumulatin kayo ng pananatili niyo sa mga mukha ng buhay na kalaunang magiging parte na rin ng inyong tinatahak na yugto. Matututuhan niyong habulin ang parehong karangalan at oras habang tinatangay rin kayo ng katotohanang bumabalot sa inyo.

Habang tumatagal, mas darami ang mga bagay na inyong maiintindihan, pero kakambal din nito ang pagkumpol ng iba pang naghihintay para inyo ring maunawaan.

May mga bagay na susubok sa inyong mga prinsipyo at moralidad. May mga bagay na baka matutuhan niyong lunukin, pero mayroon ding mga maaaral niyong isuka kapag hindi na kaya ng bituka para masikmura.

At higit sa lahat ay maraming leksiyon ang mapupulot niyo rito, bilang ang institusyon na ito ay pugad na humahasa sa mga susunod na tagapaglingap ng lipunan.

Pero pagkatapos ninyong harapin ang mga pisara at libro ay may mas malawak na bagay na naghihintay sa inyo sa labas ng mga gusali at pasilyo—sa kalsada, haharapin ninyo ang mga aral na hindi niyo mahahanap sa kahit anong pahina at diskusyon.

At sa oras na ito, nawa'y mapagtanto ninyo na ang talino ay hindi dapat ikinakahon sa apat na sulok, at may mga karangalan na higit pa sa porma ng mga medalyon at sertipiko.

At kung sakali mang magkaroon ng tawag para pagsilbihan ang masa, huwag sana kayong mag-atubiling ibahagi ang parte ng inyong mga nalikom na aral sa mga nangangailangan. Huwag ninyong ipagdamot sa mga dapat patunguhan ng inyong pag-unawa ang mga bagay na maaaring magpabago sa kanilang kalagayan.

Dahil pagkatapos pandayin ng pamantasan ang inyong mga isipan ay nasa palad na ninyo ang kakayahan upang pandayin naman pabalik ang kaluluwa ng lipunan, hubugin ang reyalidad ng mamamayan, at habiin ang tapisera ng kinabukasan—hindi lamang bilang estudyante, kundi bilang kauri at kasama ng bayan.

Ang pinakamalaking karangalan na maaari niyong matanggap ay ang pagkilala sa inyong pinanggalingan.

𝗧𝗜𝗡𝗚𝗡𝗔𝗡 | 𝗣Á𝗠𝗔𝗞𝗜Á𝗚𝗨𝗠 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲

Habang papalapit ang pagtatapos ng akademikong taon, nananatiling usapin at palaisipan sa hanay ng sangkaestudyantehan ang pagkaantala sa pagsasagawa ng University Student Elections—isang usaping hindi lamang tungkol sa proseso ng pagboto, kundi tungkol sa karapatan ng mga mag-aaral sa wastong representasyon, pananagutan, at pagkakaroon ng boses sa loob ng pamantasan.

Sa gitna ng lumalawak na pangamba, samu’t saring tanong, at kakulangan ng malinaw na impormasyon hinggil sa estado ng eleksyon, nananatiling mahalaga ang pagbibigay-linaw sa mga prosesong direktang nakaaapekto sa demokratikong espasyo ng mga estudyante. Sa panahong naghihintay ang mga mag-aaral ng malinaw na direksyon hinggil sa kanilang karapatang pumili ng mga lider-estudyanteng magsisilbi at kakatawan sa kanila, higit kailanman kinakailangang manaig ang katotohanan, pananagutan, at bukas na diskurso.

Bilang tagapagbantay ng katotohanan at tagapagdala ng impormasyon, magsasagawa ang The Industrialist, ang opisyal na publikasyong pang-mag-aaral ng Pampanga State University, ng isang forum kasama ang mga kinauukulang konseho at opisyal ng mga mag-aaral upang talakayin, siyasatin, at bigyang-linaw ang mga usaping may kaugnayan sa pagkaantala ng halalan.

Gaganapin ang forum sa University Library sa darating na Mayo 30, 2026 (Sabado), ganap na ika-9:00 ng umaga.

Sa panahong ang demokratikong representasyon ay nananatiling nakabinbin, mahalagang maipaalala na ang demokrasya ay hindi lamang umiiral tuwing halalan—ito ay nasasalamin sa kakayahang magtanong, maningil ng pananagutan, at makialam sa mga usaping direktang nakaaapekto sa kapakanan ng sangkaestudyantehan.

The wait is over para sa mga bagong Iskolar ng Bayan!

Ayon sa anunsyo ng Pampanga State University - Office of Admissions, opisyal nang naglalabas ng resulta ang unibersidad ng nagdaang admission test mula kahapon, hanggang sa June 1.

Ang mga resulta ay makikita sa mga kani-kanyang official email ng mga aplikante, at maaaring matanggap mula 8:00 ng umaga hanggang 5:00 ng hapon base sa nakatalang isekdyul sa ibaba:

•May 28 - Board Programs (Bacolor - Main Campus)
•May 29 - Extension at Regular Campuses
•June 1 - Non-Board Programs (Bacolor - Main Campus)

Ayon sa opisina, mahigit 20,000 ang aplikante ng unibersidad ngayong taon ng UCAT.

Malugod na binabati ng The Industrialist, ang opisyal na pahayagang pangmag-aaral ng Pampanga State University, ang mga bagong isko't iska ng lalawigan. Kinasisiya ng pamantasan na tanggapin ang mga panibagong tagapagtangan ng kinabukasan ng sambayanan.

𝗜𝗖𝗬𝗠𝗜 | 𝗜𝗻𝗱𝘂𝘀 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗘𝗱, 𝘀𝗲𝗻𝗶𝗼𝗿 𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗶𝘀𝘁 𝗮𝗺𝗼𝗻𝗴 𝗚𝗮𝘄𝗮𝗱 𝗛𝗼𝗻𝗼𝗿𝗶𝗮𝗻 𝗮𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗱𝗲𝗲𝘀

The Industrialist outgoing Managing Editor for Administration Elisha Mae A. Laquindanum and senior artist Billyrei L. Rubia were recognized among the awardees of the second edition of Gawad Honorian.

Beyond their respective positions, Laquindanum and Rubia also served as photojournalist and Art Director, respectively, representing the university in various regional and national journalism competitions where they earned multiple awards and distinctions.

Meanwhile, outgoing Indus Editor-in-Chief Ma. Clarisse Digol, senior writer Shakira Angel Beriño, and senior broadcaster John Raven De Andres also emerged as official finalists.

Celebrating their first-ever theatre and musical play, Bachelor of Culture and Arts Education students shared a glimpse of artistry and music during the morning show of their event, “Teaturu Grand Theatre and Musical Festival 2026,” held this morning at the Pampanga State University (PampangaStateU) Auditorium, May 26.

Using various musical instruments, the performers showcased heartfelt presentations promoting cultural preservation through music and the arts, with an afternoon show set at 1:00 p.m. featuring short and meaningful plays.

It was earlier announced that the results for non-board programs at the Bacolor Campus only, originally scheduled to be released on May 27, were moved to June 1 following the holiday declaration.

Moreover, under Proclamation No. 1264, May 27 was declared a regular holiday throughout the country in observance of Eid’l Adha.
