Here's a new trick to watch out for!

Rotate the tires and check the break pads.

Since when does check the brake pads equate to remove brake pads, sand pads, and douse w brake cleaner. Check means look in the inspection window for pad thickness.

So a scuba friend is visiting for a week. I haven't been diving since i got bent (nitrogen narcosis) way back in 1986 other than a vacation in Puerto Galera, Philippines in about 1997.

My 1978 YMCA Scuba Certification could use a tune up. YMCA is now SEI, but got a deal on an Open Water SDI (known in Asia) certification that took my YMCA into consideration to do it in one day vs 3.

Well, yesterday the business bought an E-Trike!

For about $1000 USD, this made in Japan vehicle (Hatasu) requires no drivers license, goes 29-35kph, for 60-70km, and costs about $0.40 per charge in electricity.

Often the locals have no drivers license, but you want the maid to go to the wet market or grocery store to keep things stocked.

This will be the perfect service vehicle for staff errands so I don't have to be the errand boy with the car and expensive gasoline.

Anyone that knows me will understand that I'm a fish out of water without my whiteboards! My business process and market flow concepts are getting a bit crowded up in here!!!

I'm giddy with excitement of having 56 linear feet of 4' high whiteboards to brain dump on. I swear my brain feels like it has to p*e!!!!!

Two months into the Philippines, and buying whiteboards consists of formica, 3/16" plywood, gallons of contact cement and delivery. The concept of Home Depot out in the country in NON EXISTANT! But at much more a discount than 10% labor cost an hour, handyman are happy to help and thankful for the work, AND the air conditioning!
