ALTERNATIVE LEARNING MODES FOR SCHOOLS ON SEPTEMBER 4

Pursuant to Memorandum Circular No. 134, alternative learning modes and learning continuity measures shall be implemented at all levels in public and private educational institutions in the National Capital Region and the following provinces on September 4, 2026, unless their respective Local Chief Executives direct the cancellation or suspension of classes:

The measure is in view of the anticipated continued heavy rainfall associated with the enhanced Southwest Monsoon (Habagat) and poor air quality in the NCR caused by haze from severe forest and peatland fires in Kalimantan and Sumatra, Indonesia.

Localized cancellation or suspension of classes in other areas may be implemented by their respective Local Chief Executives.

Molino Elementary School gratefully received the Lapel Voice Amplifiers through the School-to-School Delivery of Lapel Voice Amplifiers for Classroom Instruction.

In accordance with Memorandum Circular No. 131 issued by the Office of the President, and upon the recommendation of the National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council (NDRRMC), alternative learning modes shall be implemented on August 20, 2026 (Thursday) in identified areas, including the Province of Cavite.

🌧️ This is in anticipation of continued heavy rainfall associated with the Enhanced Southwest Monsoon (Habagat), which may pose risks of localized flooding and travel hazards.

🏫 In line with this directive, Molino Elementary School will implement appropriate Alternative Learning Modalities to ensure the continuity of learning while prioritizing the safety and well-being of our learners, teachers, personnel, and families.

📚 Learners and parents/guardians are advised to coordinate with their respective teachers regarding learning activities, schedules, and other instructions.

ALTERNATIVE WORK ARRANGEMENTS FOR GOVERNMENT OFFICES, ALTERNATIVE LEARNING MODES FOR SCHOOLS ON AUGUST 20

Pursuant to Memorandum Circular No. 131, government offices are directed to implement appropriate alternative work arrangements in the National Capital Region and the following provinces on August 20, 2026:

📍 National Capital Region (NCR)
📍 Abra
📍 Benguet
📍 Ilocos Norte
📍 Ilocos Sur
📍 La Union
📍 Pangasinan
📍 Bataan
📍 Bulacan
📍 Nueva Ecija
📍 Pampanga
📍 Tarlac
📍 Zambales
📍 Batangas
📍 Cavite
📍 Laguna
📍 Rizal
📍 Occidental Mindoro

Unless otherwise directed by their respective Local Chief Executives, alternative learning modes for classes and learning continuity measures at all levels in public and private schools shall be implemented in the aforementioned areas.

Agencies involved in the delivery of basic and health services, disaster preparedness and response, and other vital services shall continue their operations and render the necessary services.

Contract of Service (COS) and Job Order (JO) workers placed under alternative work arrangements shall be paid their corresponding wages or salaries, subject to applicable rules and regulations.

The suspension of work or adoption of alternative work arrangements in the private sector shall be left to the discretion of management.

Dahil sa patuloy na malakas na pag-ulan at sa umiiral na weather conditions sa Cavite, ipinapaalam na SUSPENDIDO ANG KLASE SA LAHAT NG ANTAS (ALL LEVELS) sa public at private schools sa buong lalawigan ng Cavite.

CLASS SUSPENSION ADVISORY

For everyone’s safety, suspended pa rin ang face-to-face classes in all levels sa City of Bacoor ngayong August 17, 2026.

Patuloy pa rin po ang masamang panahon dulot ng Habagat, kaya hinihikayat ang lahat na stay safe at manatili muna sa bahay kung hindi naman kinakailangang lumabas.

Kung lalabas man po, magdala ng jacket at payong at maging extra careful sa mga lugar na maaaring bahain.

Sa lahat ng ating motorista, mag-ingat po sa mga madudulas na daan. Magmaneho nang maingat at iwasang mag-speeding lalo na sa mga basang kalsada.

Patuloy pong mag-monitor ng official announcements mula sa Pamahalaang Lungsod ng Bacoor para sa mga updates.
