NEW BPO FRONTLINE LEADER?
Here’s something nobody tells you after the promotion:
You can know the KPIs.
You can know the process.
You can even be one of the best agents on the floor.
…and still sit down for your first coaching session thinking:
“Ano ba talaga ang sasabihin ko?”
That question is more common than most new leaders admit.
Because coaching is different from giving instructions.
You’re suddenly expected to figure out:
“Root cause ba talaga ito—or symptom lang?”
“Paano kung defensive yung agent?”
“How do I balance empathy and accountability?”
“What if mas matagal na siya sa account kaysa sa akin?”
“Paano kung nag-agree siya during coaching… pero walang nagbago?”
“How do I coach without damaging the relationship?”
And sometimes the hardest question is:
“Am I even doing this right?”
So I want to try something different.
No webinar.
No lecture.
No complicated framework you need to memorize first.
Ask me anything about coaching.
If you’re a frontline leader, type the coaching question you’ve been wanting to ask—but perhaps haven’t had the chance to ask anyone yet.
It can be about:
difficult agents
root-cause analysis
action planning
accountability
defensiveness
KPI conversations
follow-through
building credibility as a new TL
or that coaching situation you genuinely don’t know how to handle
Drop your question in the comments.
You don’t have to make it sound professional.
Write it exactly the way you’re thinking it:
“Rebel, paano kung…”
I’ll reply to as many questions as I can with practical answers you can actually use in your next coaching conversation.
And if you see someone else’s question and think,
“Grabe, problema ko rin ’yan.”
Give it a 👍 or reply “Same.”
That tells me which coaching situations we need to unpack first.
Your question might be the same question 100 other new leaders are afraid to ask.
