It was just an ordinary day.
But everything can change in a just few seconds.

A few days ago, I got hit by a car while riding my bicycle to work and the driver drove away. Eventually, nahuli rin siya and admitted what happened.
Pero narealize ko, the physical injuries are only one part of it. May fear, anxiety, and the kind of trauma that people can’t always see.

Just because you look okay, it means you’re actually okay.

I’m still healing and processing everything. But this experience made me realize just how precious every second of our life is.

We get so caught up with work, stress, problems, and the things we think can wait—until something happens that reminds us how quickly everything can change.

So here’s your reminder, and mine too:

Don’t just exist. Live fully. Love deeply. Appreciate the little things. Make time for the people you love. And don’t wait for a life-changing moment to start appreciating the life you already have.
Every second counts. Make yours matter. 🤍
