Napakadali ang magdagdag ng timbang pero HINDI madali ang magbawas 😂
Dapat handa ang sarili, katawan at isip.
Dapat may goal.
Dapat determinado.

Ngayong taon ay hindi ko na ikakaila na magiging Golden woman na ako by October kaya naisipan kong ibigay ang pinaka-magandang regalo sa sarili ko--Ang goal ko ay maging malakas at maging ayon ang timbang sa height ko this year👍
Achievable naman, kelangan lang buo ang loob at may disiplina.
Malayo pa sa target na 48kgs pero masaya na sa nakikita kong resulta kaya ipagppatuloy ko pa hanggang maabot ang target weight!
