Position: STR Property Management Assistant (Remote)
Rate: $6/hour (starting rate)
Experience Required: Minimum 2+ years in STR or property management (Required)
Work Hours: Full-time | Flexible, with availability for emergencies
Weโre seeking a highly experienced, detail-oriented STR Property Management Assistant who can manage day-to-day operations and ensure smooth, 5-star guest experiences.

Qualifications (Required)
2+ years of experience in STR/property management (Airbnb, Vrbo, etc.)
Excellent written and spoken English
Strong problem-solving and coordination skills
Comfortable using property management systems and pricing tools
Reliable internet and a quiet work environment
Ability to work independently and take initiative
