Outbound Calling Specialist (Freelance, B2B – E-commerce/Amazon Sellers)
Weekly limit: 5 hours (may increase) part-time
Training provided
You'll reach out to Amazon sellers (cold & warm leads), qualify them, and book discovery calls for our e-commerce clients.
Must be someone who’s serious about work and takes initiative.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound cold and warm calls to Amazon sellers (primarily from our B2B email campaigns).
Initiate genuine conversations to understand their business needs, pain points, and decision-making process.
Qualify leads and book appointments for our clients in the e-commerce space.
Track call activity, lead details, and outcomes in our CRM system (Go High Level)
Share feedback on lead quality, objections, and trends to improve campaign performance.
Requirements:
Proven experience in B2B cold/warm calling, telemarketing, or appointment setting, ideally with experience in the e-commerce or Amazon seller space.
Neutral American accent with clear and confident verbal communication.
Strong interpersonal skills—you can build rapport quickly and maintain professionalism.
Detail-oriented with excellent follow-through.
Able to work during U.S business hours.
Familiarity with CRMs like Go High Level and lead tracking tools is a plus.
