Key Responsibilities:

• Sales & Customer Service: Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend the best computer and CCTV solutions
• Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with the latest in computer hardware, software, and CCTV technology to confidently guide customers in making informed purchases
• Product Demonstrations: Demonstrate products, including computers, laptops, CCTV cameras, and accessories, showcasing features and benefits
• Sales Targets: Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the growth of the store

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in sales, preferably in technology, computers, or CCTV systems
• Knowledge of computer hardware (desktops, laptops) and CCTV equipment (cameras, DVRs, NVRs, and installation)
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms
• Goal-oriented and able to work independently or as part of a team
• Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused attitude
• Prior experience in a retail environment is preferred
