Filipino fashion designer Veejay Floresca is the winner of Project Runway Season 21.

Filipino excellence once again reigns supreme as Veejay Floresca emerges as the winner of Project Runway Season 21. After weeks of stiff competition, the Pinay designer was announced as the winner by host Heidi Klum on the morning of September 26, Philippine time.

Floresca is a Fashion Design and Merchandising (FDM) graduate from the De La Salle-College of Saint Benilde (DLS-CSB).

"Diplomacy lecturer at De La Salle-College of Saint Benilde Josue Raphael J. Cortez said the Philippines and China have made progress since the Ramos administration’s adoption of the Declaration of Parties on the South China Sea, with the 2017 Bilateral Consultation Mechanism serving as a testament to their efforts to manage relations.

However, Beijing continues to disregard the 2016 Arbitral Award and Filipino fishing rights in the South China Sea, leaving much to be addressed, including the need for a binding Code of Conduct and respect for Manila’s territorial integrity, he noted."

Young creators explored the concepts of artistic identity, sustainability, and innovative solutions to real-world problems through industry talks and hands-on workshops during the World Industrial Design Week (WIDW) 2025: Made for Hue held at the De La Salle-College of Saint Benilde (DLS-CSB).

Organized by the Benildean Industrial Designers (BIND), the five-day event was aligned with two themes: "World Design Organization’s (WDO) Let’s Get Ethical!" and "BIND’s Magnifying Little Impacts".

Included in the full-length category are "Child No. 82" by Benilde Film graduate Tim Rone Villanueva; "Habang Nilalamon ng Hydra ang Kasaysayan" by filmmaker, playwright, and Benilde Film educator Dustin Celestino; and "Pagliliti" directed by filmmaker Cheska Marfori and written by Benilde Film educator Raymund Barcelon.

"Ascension from the Office Cubicle", a capstone project by Benilde Film homegrown talents Hannah Silvestre, Cameron Reganit, and Felice Sido under the mentorship of Benilde Film faculty member Petersen Vargas, is included in the short film division.
