Some people will clap for you…
until your progress starts getting visible.
At first, they support the idea of you winning.
But when it becomes real — when doors open, when results show, when growth is obvious — it triggers something in them.
Not because you did something wrong.
But because your progress exposes their comfort.
Remember this:
Not everyone who cheers is ready to watch you outgrow them.
Insecurity speaks louder when success becomes undeniable.
Growth will reveal who celebrates you… and who competes with you silently.
Don’t shrink to make others comfortable.
Don’t dim your light to protect someone else’s ego.
If they become insecure, that’s their battle — not your burden.
