We are often trapped inside the lens of our own eyes. We measure the distance between who we are and who we think we are supposed to become. We place ourselves in a world where we are expected to perform, to participate, and to achieve.

The room of no failure has consumed us. We begin to believe that if we are not performing, achieving, or keeping up, we are falling behind. That perhaps, if we are no longer seen, we are slowly being forgotten.

There may be days when getting through the day feels like more than you can carry. Days when the pain stays longer than you expected, and tomorrow feels too far away. But even in the moments when you cannot see what comes next, your story does not have to end here.
