💜 Release and Relieve Sci High! 💜

Have you ever wondered why we would often dream in our sleep? How our minds would create a toll that we would soon forget as soon as we wake up?

A psychological fact has come our way, why not decipher all its whereabouts? ✨

Not only are dreams scientifically proven to have a strong connection with our emotions and in real life endeavours, dreams have also been a rich source of ✨creativity✨, inspiring famous artists, writers, and musicians throughout history. Dreams also makes way for reflections of our unconscious biases and prejudices, offering a unique opportunity for self-discovery and growth. Interestingly, research has shown that lucid dreaming 😴 – the ability to consciously control our dreams – is a real phenomenon that can be developed through practice. However, recurring nightmares may also signal underlying psychological issues, such as anxiety, depression, or PTSD, emphasizing the importance of exploring our dreams. With this in mind, dreams are undoubtedly a questionable occurrence, but rather interesting, don't you think? 💭
