Im so thankful that i didnt bruise up too much but I did swell. But none the less its much better than the usual bruising you see on other rhinoplasty patients 👃🏻🤫

I think its because of the proper preparations I did before the surgery.

Strictly NO HARD TO CHEW FOODS, MALALANSA (fish, seafood, chicken)
STAY HYDRATED with water & pineapple juice.
