Creamy Maja Blanca Recipe

Ingredients:
•200ml Coco Mama
•1 can small evaporated milk
•1 can small condensed milk
•1 can whole kernel corn (reserve half for toppings)
•1/2 cup white sugar (adjust if needed)
•1/4 cup margarine
•1/2 cup water
•1 cup cornstarch + 1 cup water to dissolve cornstarch
•grated cheese for toppings

Procedures:
1. In a pot, put the coconut milk, evaporated milk, condensed milk, whole corn and sugar.

2. Mix well until sugar dissolves. Taste the mixture and see if the sweetness is per your liking. Add or reduce sugar as needed.

3. Turn on the heat and let it boil in medium heat.

4. Meanwhile, in a bowl, dissolve cornstarch with the water you reserved. Make sure that there’s no lumps. Set aside.

5.Once boiling, add in the cornstarch mixture while stirring continuously and vigorously. Cook for at least 5 minutes while stirring in between to avoid burning and sticking in the bottom.

6. Once cooked, transfer to a tray immediately. Set it aside and let it cool.

7. Top with cheese and the corn kernel you reserved

8. Serve and enjoy! 😊

Mango Sticky Rice Recipeā£ļø

Ingredients
1 mango
1 cup glutinous rice
1 teaspoon toasted sesame seeds

For The Rice Soak
½ cup coconut milk
2 tablespoons granulated sugar
½ teaspoon salt

For The Coconut Sauce
½ cup coconut milk
2 tablespoons granulated sugar
1 tablespoon cornstarch
¼ cup water

Instructions
To Make The Rice Soak
In a bowl, mix the coconut milk with the sugar and salt. Set aside.

To Steam The Rice:
Soak the rice in water overnight. Rinse and drain.

To steam the rice, layer the washed rice on a cheesecloth and fold it. Place on a steamer, and steam for 20 minutes.

When the rice is steamed, place it in a bowl. And pour the rice soak over it, mix well. Set aside, and let it soak up the sauce for 20-30 minutes.

To Make The Coconut Sauce:
In a small saucepan, combine the coconut milk with the sugar and water and let it reach a simmer (do not boil). Make the slurry by combining the cornstarch with water, and whisk it in the coconut milk. Cook for a couple of minutes until the sauce slightly thickens.

To Serve:
Peel and slice the mango into thick slices. Serve the rice in a plate or a bowl, arrange the mango slices on the side, and drizzle with sauce. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.

Crispy Potato and Carrot SticksšŸ‘‡

Ingredients:

For the Potato & Carrot Sticks
4 medium potatoes, peeled and chopped
1 large carrot (ā‰ˆ100 g), grated
2 Tbsp butter (Pwede margarine)
½ cup (50 g) grated hard cheese or mozzarella
Salt, to taste
Ground black pepper, to taste
For the Coating
2 large eggs, beaten
1 cup (100 g) breadcrumbs
¼ cup (25 g) grated hard cheese (for extra crunch)
1 tsp paprika (optional)
4 Tbsp all-purpose flour

Procedures:
1. Pakuluan ang mga Gulay
Ilaga ang hiniwang patatas at ginadgad na karot sa isang malaking kaserola. Takpan ng malamig na tubig, lagyan ng kaunting asin, at pakuluan sa malakas na apoy. Kapag kumulo na, hinaan ang apoy at hayaang kumulo ng dahan-dahan hanggang sa lumambot nang husto ang patatas—mga 15 minuto.
2. Durugin at Timplahan
Salain nang mabuti at ibalik sa kaldero kahit wala sa apoy. Idagdag ang mantikilya, tinadtad na perehil, ginadgad na keso, asin, at paminta. Durugin gamit ang potato masher o tinidor hanggang sa maging halos pino, ngunit may kaunting buo para sa texture. Hayaang lumamig ng 10 minuto hanggang sa maging bahagyang mainit ngunit matibay na sa paghulma.
3. Hugisin ang mga Stick
Pahiran ng kaunting mantika ang tray o lagyan ng parchment paper. Kumuha ng tinatayang 2 kutsarang bahagi ng pinalamig na halo at igulong sa palad hanggang sa maging hugis silindro na may sukat na humigit-kumulang 1.5 cm ang kapal at 6–7 cm ang haba. Iayos sa tray at ilagay sa ref ng 15 minuto upang tumigas.
4. Ihanda ang Coating Stations
Sa unang mangkok, batihin ang mga itlog. Sa pangalawang mangkok, paghaluin ang breadcrumbs, dagdag na ginadgad na keso, paprika, at harina.
5. Balutin ang mga Stick
Isa-isa, igulong ang bawat patatas stick sa pinaghalong harina, alisin ang sobrang harina. Isawsaw sa binating itlog, pagkatapos ay ipahid sa breadcrumb–keso na halo hanggang sa mabalutan nang buo. Ilagay sa malinis na tray at ulitin para sa lahat ng stick.

6. Lutuin: Prituhin o I-bake
Pagprito: Magpainit ng mga 5 mm ng mantika sa kawali sa katamtamang init. Iprito ang mga stick nang pa-batch, at balik-baliktarin kada 3–4 minuto hanggang sa maging gintong kayumanggi ang lahat ng gilid. Salain sa paper towel.

Paggawa ng Sauce (Pwedeng walang Sauce masarap padin):

Sa maliit na mangkok, paghaluin ang sour cream (o yogurt), tinadtad na bawang, tinadtad na dill, asin, paminta, at kalamansi o lemon juice. Timplahan ayon sa panlasa.

BUKO PANDAN SALAD Recipe šŸ˜‹

Ingredients:
•2 packs of 24g jelly powder mix (buko pandan flavor)
•5 cups of water
•1/2 cup sugar
•buko strips (i used 2 young coconut in this recipe)
•2 packs all purpose cream (any brand)
•1 can condensed milk (390g)
•cooked tapioca/small sago

Procedures:
•In a pot, pour water then add the jelly powder and sugar. Stir until the jelly powder and sugar dissolves. Cook over medium heat and let it boil. Pour it into a dish container, let it cool and set. When set, slice into cubes.
•In a large mixing bowl, combine buko strips, gulaman cubes, cooked sago, all purpose cream and condensed milk. Mix it well until all the ingredients are combined. Chill it in the fridge overnight.
•Serve it cold and enjoy! 😊

MAIS PALITAWšŸ‘‡šŸ˜‹

Ingredients:
500g glutinous rice flour
400ml (2-3 cups of gata) Coco Mama Fresh Gata
1/2 cup sugar (adjust accordingly to your taste) Pwede ring 1 can of condense milk. Kung gusto ng las creamy magdagdag ng 1 can of evaporated milk.
Sesame seeds
1 can corn kernel pwede ring dagdzgan ng 1 can corn cream para mas malasa

Procedure:
1. Sa isang mixing bowl ilagay ang glutinous rice flour then gradually add ng water.
2. Kapag malambot na at na form na ng dough ay okay na yung mixture. Pwede na mag form ng bilog.
3. Kapag nag form ng bilog hindi dapat matigas at hindi nag hihiwa hiwalay yung mixture. (1/2 tbsp yung gamit namin measurement).
4. Yung binilog natin na mixture kanina ay i flat at ilagay sa kumukulong tubig. Paglumutang na ang mga palitaw ay hanguin at iset aside muna.
5. Mag toasted ng sesame seeds at iset aside.
6. Sa isang pan ilagay ang 2-3 cup na gata pati ang 1 can na evap at half cup na condese milk (pwedeng asukal kung walang condense) haluin lamang. Kapag kumukulo na ay ilagay na ang palitaw.

7. Ilagay ang isang lata ng corn kernel (isama ang tubig/ sabaw nito) at isang lata ng cream corn. Isunod ang sesame seeds. Mix lamang hanggang mag reduce ang sauce at lumapot.

And ayan naaa, luto na at pwede ng pagsaluhanšŸ˜

Avocado ice candy šŸ„‘šŸ‘‡

Ingredients
3pcs avocado
3/4 cup sugar
1 1/4 cassava flour
2 evap
2 condensed
Pinch of salt
3 liters water
2x10 plastic ice candy

Procedure
1.maglagay ng 3 liters na tubig sa kaserola
2.lagyan ng 1 1/4 na cassava flour(salain para mawala ang buo buo)
3.maglagay din 3/4 cup na asukal
4.haluin hanggang sa malusaw
5.isalang na sa apoy medium heat lang,
6.haluin ng haluin para di mag buo-buo ang cassava flour
7.pakuluan at haluin hanggang sa mag translucent na ito.(Patayin ang kalan)
8.palamigin
9.kapag malamig na ang pinakuluang mixture ilagay na ang 2 evap,2 condensed at avocado haluin at e ilagay na sa plastic ng ice candy.

-ang mahal ng avocado ngayon 150 kl bili ko 4pcs ang nagamit ko 3pcs lang.
-dapat 1 condenced lang talaga ang ilalagay ko,nung nilagay ko ang avocado tumabang kaya nag add pa ako ng isang condenced.
