This Baguio trip turned into one of revisits and my second time at Foggy Mountain Cookhouse proved that some places are worth coming back to. 😋

Everything still turned out lovely and more importantly, the group loved it too.

We ordered the salmon crostini, Italian roasted chicken, squid pasta, egg & truffle pasta and chicken pot pie. I enjoyed everything but the standouts for me were the salmon crostini and squid pasta. Some of my friends particularly liked the chicken pot pie.

Not leaving Baguio without a visit to Hill Station.

Tried their breakfast platter this time around and found a new favorite: the bangus Spanish sardines. Umami sarap. Perfectly seasoned in olive oil and paired beautifully with Cordilleran red rice.

Happy to say the classics still deliver and sometimes they even surprise you with a new favorite.

2nd visit approved: Lemon and Olives delivered once again, this time with the team. 🇬🇷🍺

The grilled octopus was the clear winner. Perfectly seasoned, perfectly grilled and even better with a glass of cold beer.

Definitely keeping this on my Baguio must-eat list.

Happy first-day discovery in Baguio: L'Atelier du Grain and The Gallery by Witchcraft. 🥐🥃

Loved the French pastries and even brought home a bottle of single malt whisky from Witchcraft Distillery in the Cordillera highlands.

There's something special about finding places that celebrate both artistry and local craftsmanship in one visit. Baguio continues to surprise in the best ways.

Verdict: Sulit! Masarap ang siomai, sweet&sour pork, black pepper beef 😋 Add 500 for unlimited suahe & peking duck (pero medyo bitin kasi matagal refill for these 2)
Tip: Just get the basic unlimited option, more than enough already 😊
