Marami sa kanila nawalan na ng self-confidence at hindi na naaappreciate ang sarili nila. Marami sa kanila nilalabanan ang postpartum depression.

Kaya yung simpleng compliment lang siguradong napakalaking bagay na para maibalik yung tiwala nila sa sarili nila at maibsan yung postpartum blues kahit papaano.

At kung wala ka namang magandang sasabihin tahimik na lang sis ha. 😊

Kaya para sa lahat ng kaibigan ko na mommies dyan first time man o hindi
