Trading Post in Motion

It’s my second time doing photography here at the Trading Post for a photo workshop yesterday, and it’s busier than ever or maybe we just arrived at its peak hour. The paths were packed even under the scorching 11 a.m. sun, but the energy was worth capturing. It felt nostalgic to be back; my first photo session here was in 2015.

Thanks to everyone who didn’t mind the camera and shared a smile or a quick chat while we took our shots. Wishing everyone safety as the super typhoon approaches.

I was pleasantly surprised to discover that Cordillera hosts several other festivals extending beyond the well-known Panagbenga Festival. My awareness of these additional festivals grew due to my research for this post. I acknowledge that my understanding of my culture is basic, and in this regard, I may have unintentionally overlooked certain festivals or encountered difficulties verifying their dates, as an official list/record was not readily available online. Please feel free to share any information about additional festivals in the Cordilleras; your insights would be valuable and appreciated. ☺️

I have compiled the taglines of the six provinces and the city based on search engines. This effort is part of my ongoing personal project on the Cordillera Administrative Region (CAR).
