Baguio City, 24 June 2025 β CO Baguio is pleased to inform the public that, in celebration of DFA CO Baguioβs 16th Founding Anniversary and the 38th Founding Anniversary of the Cordillera Administrative Region, CO Baguio will be open on 19 July 2025, Saturday, for passport service from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. ONLY.
WHO MAY AVAIL OF THE PASSPORT SERVICE?
ο· Natives and residents of Cordillera, including their immediate family
members. For married applicants, immediate family members are their spouse
and minor children. For single applicants, immediate family members are their
unmarried minor child/ren, parents and unmarried siblings. Bring proof of
residency and affiliation;
ο· Courtesy lane eligible applicants (i.e. senior citizens, pregnant women, PWDs;
solo parent and OFWs), regardless of residency.
HOW MUCH IS THE PASSPORT FEE?
ο· ALL applicants shall be charged an expedited fee of Php1,200.00.
WHEN WILL THE PASSPORT BE AVAILABLE?
ο· For pick up option, date of release is tentatively scheduled on 29 July 2025;
ο· For delivery option, there will be an additional 3 to 5 workings days from the
date of release. An additional fee of Php150.00 is charge to be paid to LBC
courier onsite;
HOW MANY APPLICANTS WILL BE ACCOMMODATED?
ο· CO will accommodate 150 applicants, in addition to the courtesy lane
applicants. Accommodation will be on a first-come, first-served basis.
REMINDERS:
ο· Accommodation does not guarantee approval of the passport application;
ο· All applicants are processed following existing laws, rules and regulations for
passport processing;
ο· Applicants with disapproved applications will be given the opportunity to return
to complete their applications and will be given a schedule when to return;
ο· Date of release is TENTATIVE and may take additional days for further
evaluation from DFA Manila.

CO Baguio advises all applicants NOT to purchase outbound travel tickets until your
passports are actually in your possession. DFA will not be responsible for any
rebooking charges, loss of income, and other financial compensation and/or personal
losses arising from the applicant's travel arrangements made while the passport has
not been released.
