Balancing your physical, mental, emotional,and spiritual health requires so much effort. Though i always try to do it, i often fail. If i work on my mental or spiritual health, i tend to neglect my emotional or physical health and vice versa. It's tough!

06-18-25 Wed》I'm thankful that i get to eat these healthy fruits at home. It's very exciting when you see your plants bear fruits & you get to harvest them yourself. The feeling of satisfaction that you derive from the 'fruits of your labor' just simply makes you happy!🥰

If Kennon road has the lion's head, Naguilian road also has the doggie's head.

If that area (where the doggie's head is) can be improved or developed,it surely can attract travellers to stop by for photo shoots. In effect,souvenir shops,snack houses, & restaurants, are needed to cater the travellers stopping by. Commercial boom!

To help our toddlers & young kids to be physically fit, our city must develop more playgrounds for them that is free, safe, & cozy.
Because we lack such facility, our children are prone to playing computer games that are mostly violent. The newly opened Bayan Park is a good consolation, but can there be more like that in other suitable barangays like Pacdal, Dominican Hill( near Diplomat Hotel), Navy Base, etc?
