Enrolment Requirements:
✓Report Card, Photocopy of PSA (NSO) Birth Certificate (G7 and transferees)
✓Report Card ("old" students)
Enrolment Procedure:
1. Proceed to TABLE 4 for health assessment.
2a. For learners with complete requirements, proceed to TABLE 1. For learners who do not yet have their report cards, see your advisers.
2b. Fill out the enrolment form. Use TABLE 3.
3. Bring your properly filled out enrolment form to TABLE 2 for checking and verification.
4. Accomplish the client satisfaction survey.
5. Check out the other contents of the white board and the chalk boards in the AVR for other important information and reminders (these are included in this post).

✓9 Integrity 2024-2025 learners shall automatically be in 10 Prudence 2025-2026.
✓Incoming grade 9 learners shall choose between Dressmaking and Information and Communications Technologies (ICT) as their TLE specialization. There shall be two (2) Dressmaking classes and one (1) ICT class. Should the ICT class be full, the rest shall automatically be enrolled in either of the Dressmaking classes.

✓16 June 2025, Monday. Be in school on or before 7:20am.
WHAT TO BRING?
✓School supplies (notebooks, pad paper, pen, pencil, etc.), snacks, lunch, and of course YOURSELF AND YOUR LOVE FOR LEARNING.
WHAT TO WEAR?
✓"Old" learners: School uniform
✓G7 and transferees: Appropriate school attire (Males: black slacks and white polo/white collared shirt; Females: black slacks and white blouse OR Sunday dress)
✓Mind your haircut.
✓No artificially colored hair.
