✨ We’re opening another hiring call as our studio continues to grow! With more projects lined up, we’re expanding our team further—so if you’ve applied before but didn’t hear back, this is your chance to reapply with an updated portfolio.

We’ve had several hiring rounds this year, we’re scaling rapidly to meet the demands of new productions. New project for 2026!

🎨 What We’re Looking For
• Applicants must be 18+
• Strong drawing fundamentals (animation experience is a bonus, not required)
• Passion for Japanese-style animation
• Solid grasp of anatomy, perspective, and proportion—ability to draw characters in various poses & angles is key
• Must be willing to relocate to Baguio City and work full-time on-site

💼 Compensation & Career Growth
• Key animators: PHP 14,000 – 120,000/month (based on skill & output)
• Performance-based raises & bonuses available
• 6-month probation period:
▪️ First 3 months – In-Between training (PHP 12,000/month)
▪️ Next 3 months – Actual IB work (PHP 14,000/month)

📦 Relocation Support
• Relocation assistance (fare & accommodation deposits, reimbursed with receipts)
