To foster and develop increased learning and development opportunities for young people by encouraging and supporting them to contribute, steer initiatives and lead their own youth-led projects. To build strong relationships with organizations that share our aims, thereby further increasing the capacity of young people to build on their skills and aptitudes for their own personal growth and their communityโ€™s long-term success and development. To generate in young people a sense of responsibility and ownership for the actions they undertake and to develop their citizenship and involvement in their communities.

Experience the electrifying full performance of Iduntog Band during the Battle of the Bands Season 5, held in celebration of the Kaykay Festival 2026. Showcasing raw talent, energy, and musical passion, the group delivered an unforgettable set that truly represented the pride of the community.

The band is composed of Rhoda Lyn Sagapan and Aejeber Eurie Fernandez on vocals, John Felyeer Lagman as Lead Guitarist, Tan Valentin as Lead Assist, Perome Gano on Rhythm Guitar, Juner Rillera on Bass Guitar, and Kenneth Dave Sagapan on drumsโ€”each contributing to a powerful and dynamic performance on stage.

Their set featured a mix of classic and local hits including โ€œAchy Breaky Heartโ€ by Billy Ray Cyrus, โ€œIbbayโ€ by El Sarlipan, and โ€œNosi Balasiโ€ by Sampaguita, captivating the audience and celebrating both international and Filipino music.

In joining a liga like this, we aim to win, but more importantly, we value the sportsmanship and exposure it gives to our youth. Having the opportunity to compete is already a victory.

To the organizers, we hope next time the competition will be more fair and well-organized, so the liga can truly provide meaningful exposure to our kabataan. May it inspire them to strive to be better, rather than feel disappointed because of unorganized issues. Let us continue to promote oneness, fairness, and equal opportunity for all our youth.
