There’s a hateful culture in the Philippines toward MOTORCYCLE RIDERS — and yes, it’s very Filipino.
In Vietnam, Indonesia, Thailand, Malaysia, and others — motorcycles are everywhere.
They are respected, accommodated, and understood.
Motorcycles can go to the front at intersections.
They are expected to SINGIT — and no one takes it personally.
It’s not hate. It’s logic. It’s part of the culture.
Laging pinagbibigyan ang mga motor, few seconds lang naman eh.
Lalo na kung traffic naman sa unahan at hindi rin naman makaka-abante ang mga sasakyan.
But in the Philippines?
🚨 Motorcycle riders are hated. Rejected. Looked down on.
People say:
"You shouldn’t cut the line."
"Get stuck like the rest of us."
Why are we like this?
It’s crab mentality at its worst.
Madidisgrasya ka talaga, hindi ka pagbibigyan at ica-cut ka talaga!
Motorcycle riders have no roof, no A/C, and they're more vulnerable.
But instead of understanding, we attack.
Yes, some are reckless — we don’t deny that.
But then, where’s the government?
Where’s the LTO in all this?
If someone can’t ride responsibly, don’t give them a license.
Be strict. Be smart. Don’t be hateful.
Dapat magkaisa sa panawagan na ayusin ang sistema sa LTO. Napakasimple dapat nito.
Huwag magkaisa para kamuhian ang motorcycle riders!
Motorcycles are not the enemy.
Our own mindset is.
Why are we making it hard for them?
STOP THE HATE! 🛑
