AKO SI MON GRADUATES! 🎓
“Ako si Mon! Tamad ako pero may pangarap ako!”
After six years of balancing college, content creation, a small business, and his responsibility to help provide a better life for his family, Mon Ivan Manzano Mendoza has officially earned his college degree.
Known online as “Ako si Mon,” the content creator graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Communication, completing an academic journey marked by hard work, sacrifices, mistakes, and moments when he considered giving up.
College was only one part of the life Mon had to manage. While completing his academic requirements, he continued producing online content, operating a small business, and working toward giving his family a more comfortable future.
There were times when the pressure of carrying several responsibilities made him want to stop. However, he continued because his diploma represented one of the most meaningful gifts he could give his parents.
For Mon, graduation was never only about earning a degree for himself.
It was also for his mother and father—the two people who repeatedly placed their children’s needs ahead of their own and made sacrifices to ensure that their family always had food on the table.
“Ang pagtatapos ko ng kolehiyo ay hindi lamang para sa akin, kundi para ito sa dalawang tao na kinalimutan na ang sarili, may maipakain lang sa amin,” he shared.
Beyond his family, Mon expressed gratitude to the people who followed and supported his journey as a content creator. Their encouragement became part of what inspired him through every challenge, mistake, and accomplishment.
He also offered his highest gratitude to God for the guidance, strength, and blessings that allowed him to complete the six-year journey.
His graduation carries a meaningful message for students who may not consider themselves naturally hardworking or academically exceptional but continue holding on to their aspirations.
“Ako si Mon! Tamad ako pero may pangarap ako!”
What began as a dream held by a younger version of himself has now become a college diploma—proof that progress can continue even while a student carries responsibilities beyond the classroom.
Congratulations, Mon Ivan Manzano Mendoza! This achievement belongs to you, your family, your supporters, and the younger Mon who refused to abandon his dream. 🎓✨
