Clients are encouraged to schedule their appointments through 𝐚𝐩𝐩𝐨𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭.𝐩𝐬𝐚.𝐠𝐨𝐯.𝐩𝐡.

Additional slots have been made available to accommodate more clients. Please also note that when choosing CRS Outlet in the appointment system, the Dumaguete City CRS Outlet now falls under NIR and no longer under Region VII.

Solomon Pagunsan, 39, from Bayawan City, Negros Oriental, has been farming since he was seven years old. Having learned from his mother, who was also a farmer, he gained experience planting various crops, particularly cassava (kamoteng kahoy).

With years of experience behind him, Pagunsan has mastered what it takes to grow this root crop.
