It breaks my heart to say goodbye to my first ever home-based ESL company, 51Talk.😢🫶
Been thinking for this for almost a month. This was more than just a job for me. It was where I found my confidence, built meaningful connections with my students across the world, and discovered a deeper love for teaching. Every "thank you, teacher" made me love teaching even more. Makahilak ako mga studyante.😭 From my very first class to my last “See you next time!”, every moment has been a part of my growth, both as a teacher and as a person.
Choosing voluntary exit wasn’t easy. It hurts to bid goodbye but sometimes, growth requires courage—the courage to step forward, even when your heart wants to stay.
Thank you, 51Talk, for the memories, the lessons, and the countless smiles. I will always carry this experience with gratitude and love. 🩷
