Ensuring School Safety and Health in Compliance with Division Memorandum No. 513, s. 2025

In compliance with the preventive suspension of face-to-face classes and the implementation of emergency safety measures, Borol Primero Elementary School took proactive steps to safeguard our learners and personnel.

📅 Day 1 – October 16, 2025:
A comprehensive building inspection was conducted by the team from the Office of the Municipal Engineer of Balagtas, led by Engr. Romeo Bautista, to assess the structural integrity of school buildings, electrical wirings, and potential hazards. Findings were properly communicated to School DRRM Coordinator Sir Maynie C. Pavilando and Administrative Officer II Ma’am Rowena C. Berces.

📅 Day 2 – October 17, 2025:
Parents, AKHRO, Tau Gamma, and barangay volunteers, under the supervision of the School Governance Council, worked hand in hand to clean and disinfect all classrooms. The Barangay, led by Kap. Reymund Estrella, Kgd. Ronem Barcellano, and Barangay Secretary & SGC President Divine Grace Flores, initiated the fogging of all classrooms and school surroundings to prevent dengue, while the school’s general services personnel Kuya Lito conducted the virus disinfection.

Through the collective efforts of the school, barangay, and parents, all classrooms were thoroughly inspected, disinfected, and fogged ensuring a safe and healthy environment for our learners at Borol Primero Elementary School. 💚🏫✨

The Schools Division of Bulacan announces suspension of face-to-face classes on October 16-17, 2025, for the conduct of simultaneous school building inspection in all public elementary and secondary schools within the division.

During this period, schools shall implement Alternative Delivery Modalities (ADM), either synchronous or asynchronous, to ensure continuity of learning.

*This advisory is only for all public elementary and secondary schools under SDO Bulacan. Cities have their respective division offices, and are not covered by this memorandum.

Pinangunahan ito ni Sir Rodbert M. Santos, Principal I, katuwang si Sir Maynie C. Pavillando, Teacher III at School DRRM Focal Person, kasama ang buong teaching at non-teaching staff ng paaralan.

Layunin ng aktibidad na ito na maituro sa lahat ang tamang duck, cover, and hold technique, pati na rin ang maayos na paglikas tungo sa ligtas na lugar. 🙌
