San Jose.

Dalhin lamang ang inyong valid I.D. at vaccination card sa pagkuha ng VaxCertPH. Ang serbisyong ito ay LIBRE.

Sa mga nais makakuha ng kanilang Vaccination Certificates, maaari ring bisitahin ang https://vaxcert.doh.gov.ph/ at i-generate ang inyong VaxCertPH online.
