Trabaho rito, aral doon, may oras pa ba na matitira para sa pamilya ngayon?

Kasabay ng pagsisikap na makamit ang buhay na hinahangad, huwag mawala sa isipan ang pamilya na pagmamahal ang binubungad. 𝗞𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗻𝗴 𝗣𝗮𝗺𝗶𝗹𝘆𝗮 𝗠𝗮𝗵𝗮𝗹𝗮𝗴𝗮 𝗗𝗮𝘆, ginaganap tuwing ika-apat na Lunes sa buwan ng Setyembre. Ito ay upang mas lalong mabigyan ng pagkakataon ang lahat na makasama ang kani-kanilang mahal sa buhay.

Alinsunod dito ang opisyal na anunsiyo mula sa 𝘖𝘧𝘧𝘪𝘤𝘦 𝘰𝘧 𝘛𝘩𝘦 𝘗𝘳𝘦𝘴𝘪𝘥𝘦𝘯𝘵 ukol sa suspensiyon ng trabaho mula sa tanggapan ng pamahalaan na magaganap sa araw ng Lunes, 𝗦𝗲𝘁𝘆𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗿𝗲 𝟮𝟴, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 mula ala una ng hapon (1 PM). Ito ay upang magbigay daan sa pagdiriwang ng 𝗶𝗸𝗮-𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗹𝘂𝗺𝗽𝘂'𝘁 𝗮𝗽𝗮𝘁 𝗻𝗮 𝗡𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗙𝗮𝗺𝗶𝗹𝘆 𝗪𝗲𝗲𝗸.

Kaya naman halina’t magpahinga, at bitawan ang mga isipin pansamantala. Ibigay ang oras at araw na ito para sa pamilya. Maaaring hindi palaging nasasabi, subalit ngayong araw ay subukan sabihin, "𝗠𝗮, 𝗽𝗮, 𝗮𝘁𝗲, 𝗸𝘂𝘆𝗮, 𝗸𝗮𝗶𝗻 𝗽𝗼 𝘁𝗮𝘆𝗼."

More aspiring dancers packed the second and final day of the TRC SHS Dance Troupe auditions as the search for its newest members concluded last September 25.

The auditionees once again showcased their skills through a series of routines designed to test their versatility, creativity, and ability to perform both individually and as a group.

At the close of the auditions, newly installed Dance Troupe Adviser Vincent Brian Visda reminded the students that the troupe will serve as one of the school’s performing groups, emphasizing that their commitment and dedication will be essential throughout the year.

After several postponements due to class suspensions, the TRC SHS Dance Troupe held its first batch of auditions on September 24 at Room 211.

The auditionees went through three rounds, beginning with prepared solo routines, followed by a freestyle round, and concluding with a group performance featuring all dancers.

Meanwhile, the second batch of auditions will be held tomorrow at the same time and venue as the search for the newest members of the TRC SHS Dance Troupe continues.

Seniors, hindi madaling harapin ang araw-araw na hamon ng ating pag-aaral. Sa gitna ng sunod-sunod na mga pagsusulit, mabibigat na proyekto, at walang katapusang pagpupuyat, madalas nating naisasantabi ang sariling kapakanan. Ngunit dapat nating tandaan na ang pagpapahinga ay hindi kailanman magiging tanda ng pagiging mahina; ito ay isang mahalagang bahagi ng ating paglalakbay tungo sa tagumpay.

Minsan, sa sobrang bilis ng mga pangyayari, nakakalimutan nating mabuhay. Sa darating na 𝗦𝗲𝘁𝘆𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗿𝗲 𝟮𝟭 𝗮𝘁 𝟮𝟮, ilalaan ang mga araw na ito para sa ating 𝗪𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗕𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗸. Nawa'y gamitin natin ang pagkakataong ito upang bitawan ang ating mga aralin, bigyan ng sapat na pahinga ang ating isip at katawan, at makasama ang ating mga mahal sa buhay.

Bago natin pasanin ang ating mga pangarap, yakapin muna natin ang ating mga sarili.

In a simple and solemn ceremony, the newly elected Supreme Student Government (SSG) officers for the school year 2026–2027 took their oath at the High School Principal’s Office, September 18.

Led by the school principal, Melinda L. Carlos, the officers stood together as they formally pledged to fulfill the duties and responsibilities entrusted to them as student leaders.

The brief oathtaking marked the official start of their term as they begin serving the Senior High School community for the school year.

The newly elected Supreme Student Government (SSG) launched '𝗟𝗼𝗼𝘁𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗔𝗽𝗽𝗿𝗲𝗰𝗶𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻', an initiative aimed at recognizing the efforts of school personnel and volunteers who helped the school recover from the aftermath of the Habagat.

Beginning on September 18, SSG officers will distribute packages containing essential goods to school personnel and volunteers as a gesture of appreciation for their contributions to the school’s recovery efforts.

From lessons and activities, to quizzes, and now on examination sheets, Grade 12 students are set to take their 𝗠𝗶𝗱𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗺 𝗘𝘅𝗮𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗼𝗻 𝗦𝗲𝗽𝘁𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝟭𝟱 - 𝟭𝟲, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲.

More than a test of memory, the countdown is on. After a few weeks of lectures, activities, reviews, and probably some “𝘮𝘢𝘮𝘢𝘺𝘢 𝘯𝘢𝘭𝘢𝘯𝘨 𝘵𝘢𝘺𝘰 𝘮𝘢𝘨-𝘳𝘦𝘷𝘪𝘦𝘸” moments, it is finally time to put everything you’ve learned to the test.

So open those reviewers, revisit your colorful calligraphic notes, and get a good night’s sleep to power up those brains!

First term recap: new subjects, new lessons, endless activities, and way too many “𝘴𝘪𝘨𝘦 𝘯𝘢, 𝘮𝘢𝘨-𝘳𝘦𝘷𝘪𝘦𝘸 𝘢𝘬𝘰” promises. Grade 11 students are set to take their 𝗙𝗶𝗿𝘀𝘁 𝗧𝗲𝗿𝗺 𝗘𝘅𝗮𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 on September 15-16, 2026.

After weeks of adjusting to new subjects, keeping up with all activities, surviving quizzes, and meeting deadlines, it’s finally time to find out how much of those lessons we can still remember.

𝑯𝒐𝒑𝒆 𝒄𝒂𝒏 𝒃𝒆𝒈𝒊𝒏 𝒘𝒊𝒕𝒉 𝒂 𝒔𝒊𝒎𝒑𝒍𝒆 𝒄𝒐𝒏𝒗𝒆𝒓𝒔𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏. 𝑳𝒊𝒔𝒕𝒆𝒏. 𝑹𝒆𝒂𝒄𝒉 𝒐𝒖𝒕. 𝑺𝒕𝒂𝒚.

It is time we talk about something that is "too sensitive" to discuss, yet too important to ignore. The questions we hear most people ask about mental disorders are “why couldn’t we tell?” or “what could we have done?”. It is important to remember that there is no "one look" of mental disorder. It could come in all shapes and forms, and from friends and strangers alike.

We all have different stories to tell — though sometimes, there is no one who listens. In our society, depression and other forms of mental disorders are frowned upon, and often overlooked. In light of 𝗦𝗲𝗽𝘁𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝟭𝟬 being 𝗡𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗦𝘂𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗱𝗲 𝗣𝗿𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗗𝗮𝘆, let us break the stigma against mental illnesses, and give our utmost support for the people suffering in silence — as well as those willing to voice out their long-held feelings.

Start a simple conversation with them. Listen to their worries. Reach out to them as much as possible. Stay with them in their times of need. Through these sincere actions, an individual who felt that life became hopeless as time went by, may gradually begin to feel a glimmer of hope, all from someone cheering them on.
