Heads up, Baler! Typhoon alert for the weekend 🌀

Hey everyone — just a quick update! A developing typhoon (Tropical Depression #32) is moving closer to Luzon and could bring strong winds and heavy rain to Baler and the rest of Aurora this weekend (Nov 8–10).

According to the tracker on Windy.com, the storm is getting stronger as it moves west — so it’s best we all stay alert and prepare early.

Here’s what to keep in mind!

⚠️ Keep flashlights, batteries, and water ready in case of power cuts.
⚠️ If you live near rivers or landslide-prone areas, keep an eye out and be ready to move to safer ground.
⚠️ Follow local updates from DOST-PAGASA and Provincial Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office (PDRRMO)-Aurora Province.

Let’s all help spread the word to keep everyone safe — tag your friends, neighbors, or anyone currently in Baler. 💙
