❗ Ipinagbabawal ang anumang uri ng pananamantala tulad ng labis na pagtaas ng presyo (overpricing) o panlilinlang sa mga mamimili. Ang mga lalabag ay maaaring managot sa ilalim ng Price Act (RA 7581).

November 6, 2025 | Municipal Baler

Led by the Municipal Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office (MDRRMO) headed by Arthuro “Bong” Molina Jr., LGU Baler successfully conducted the 4th Quarter Nationwide Simultaneous Earthquake Drill (NSED) today.

The activity aimed to strengthen community preparedness during earthquakes, reinforce awareness of the proper “Duck, Cover, and Hold” procedure, and enhance basic response and first aid skills in assisting victims.

November 4 | Municipal Lobby

Special Program for Employment of Students (SPES) payout facilitated by PESO, headed by Ms. Mary Cris Sison, and witnessed by Vice Mayor Lian Angara and members of the Sangguniang Bayan.

A total of 98 student beneficiaries received their 40% share from DOLE, with each beneficiary set to receive a total amount of Php 4,428.00 under the program.

LGU Baler joins the nation in celebrating the 35th Library and Information Services Month with the theme Libraries: A Hub for Cultural Exploration and Unity through Partnership.

The municipality also takes part in the 2025 National Children’s Month Celebration with the theme OSAEC (Online Sexual Abuse or Exploitation of Children) - CSAEM (Child Sexual Abuse or Exploitation Materials) Wakasan: Kaligtasan ng Bata, Ipaglaban.

The event also highlighted the presentation of the 2025 Provincial Pantawid Exemplary Child Winner, Kalliah L. Glemao.

𝗢𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝟯𝟬, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟱 | 𝗕𝗮𝗹𝗲𝗿

The Aurora (ANSCI) Futsal Team from Baler continues to make the province proud after securing multiple awards in two major competitions. During the Bataan Futsal Tournament held on August 24, 2025, the team earned a Bronze Medal in the Men’s Open Category. Individual honors were also given to Carl Louie Glemao as Best Defender, Duane Sindac as Golden Boot awardee, and Carl Sindac as Best Striker.

The team’s success continued at the Supremo Futsal Cup in San Nicolas, Manila, on September 28, 2025, where they won Silver in the Under 16 Category. Sebastian Dukha received the Golden Boot award, while Sebastian Sabbaluca was named Most Valuable Player. Coach Matts Ronillo was recognized as Best Coach, together with fellow mentors Carl Sindac, Carl Louie Glemao, and Nicolo Carrasco.
