• Most people see improvement within 7–14 days, but stubborn cases may take the full 4 weeks.

• After symptoms are gone, reduce to once a week or once every 2 weeks to prevent dandruff from coming back.

If you’re like me who loves using ceramic pans (dahil non-stick at magaan), baka naranasan mo na rin ito:

✔️ Biglang nagbakbak after mainit tapos hinugasan agad.
✔️ Nahihirapan magluto ng sweet foods kasi ang bilis dumikit.

✅ Good news: Safe pa rin gamitin ang ceramic pan kung maliit lang ang bakbak at wala pang kalawang — pero kailangan ingatan lalo na sa mga pagkain na may asukal gaya ng ham at longganisa.

💡 Hacks para hindi masunog o dumikit:

✨ Gumamit ng low to medium heat lang.
✨ Maglagay muna ng kaunting oil o butter para hindi masunog ang sugar.
✨ Huwag hayaang mag-dry heat ang kawali bago ilagay ang pagkain.

🤔 Pro Tip: Kung mahilig ka sa ham, tocino, at longganisa, baka mas sulit na gumamit ng cast iron o stainless steel pan for these kinds of dishes para hindi masira agad ang ceramic coating mo.
