Gi deklarar sa atong lokal nga pangagamhanan nga ang tanan nga personalidad nga aduna'y CLOSE CONTACT sa EPOC MOTOR PARTS nga nahimutang sa atong lungsod sa Balingoan, gihangyo o gi-encourage nga boluntaryo nga mag report sa atong RURAL HEALTH UNIT (RHU) para sa mga dugang impormasyon kabahin sa COVID-19 PANDEMIC, effective immediately.

The Local Government Unit of Balingoan with the Rural Health Unit of this Municipality announce the First CONFIRMED COVID-19 case as of today, July 20,2020.

The patient is a 42 year old, female, residing at Barangay Mapua, Balingoan, Misamis Oriental. She is a Locally Stranded Individual from Cebu City. The patient's niece was her only close contact at the Cebu Mactan International Airport for 11 days from June 20, 2020 to July 1, 2020.

• She arrived at Laguidingan Airport around 8:50 AM aboarding Philippine Airlines Flight PR 2313 with seat number B15 last July 1, 2020.
• She was transferred to USTP gymnasium at 4PM and stayed overnight at Marianne Suites.
• On July 2, 2020 the ambulance from the LGU of Balingoan transferred the said patient to Mapua Barangay Isolation Facility and was asymptomatic throughout the 14 days quarantine period .Upon arrival and prior admission she was tested for Rapid Test with a negative result.
• A second test on the 7th day (July 9, 2020) was done and yielded a negative result as well.
• Another test (3rd test) was done prior to her discharge last July 16, 2020 and was tested Positive. The test was repeated using the IgG & IgM Rapid test and the result was the same.
• The swabbing was done last July 17,2020 and was brought to DOH CHD-NM Laboratory.
• The result came out today and was confirmed POSITIVE for SARS-Cov-2 (causative agent of COVID-19).

The patient's discharge was put on hold awaiting the result thus the patient is still at the Barangay Isolation Unit. Another 14-day isolation period will be observed until the result will yield NEGATIVE.

The public is assured that the said patient was immediately isolated from her arrival until now and no other close contact was identified except for her niece which was also immediately isolated. The public is reminded to always observe proper health protocols at all times; frequent hand washing, wearing of mask and observe social distancing at all times.

1-magkuha og certification sa barangay- nga magpamatuod nga ikaw walay sintomas sa covid, dili pum, dili pui, ug uban pa.

2-magkuha og medical certificate sa city health or sa RHU

3-magkuha og travel authority sa kapolisan-pwede nga magkuha sa police station kung asa ka nagpuyo basta naa ang dokomento nga number 1 ug 2.

4-kung naa naka ana nga mga dokomento pwede naka makauli o makatabok sa isla sa camiguin.
