They’re using play to process their world and express their inner joy.

2. THEY ARE A “LITTLE SCIENTIST” — Toddlers are naturally curious. When you see them intensely focused on exploring the world — wether it’s poking a flower, watching a bug crawl, or trying to figure out how blocks fit together — it’s a sign that they are content and happy. This deep engagement shows they feel safe and secure enough to investigate their surroundings.

3. THEY HAVE MELTDOWNS — This might seem counterintuitive, but healthy tantrums can actually be a sign of a happy toddler. Why? Because they feel safe enough to express their big emotions around you. They trust you to handle their frustration and still love them unconditionally. The occasional outburst is often just a sign of a secure and happy child.

Mga HINDI dapat sabihin sa new moms — or kahit kanino actually 🤷🏻‍♀️

“Parang buntis ka pa rin”
- hindi ibig sabihin nailabas na ang baby eh babalik agad sa coca cola body ang katawan.

“Wag ka nang kumain.”
- first of all, may pambili kami. 2nd, after 9 months of strict diet — kailangan ba namin isatisfy ang standard mo of beauty? We deserve to celebrate and pamper ourselves 🥰

“Losyang ka na”
- hindi naman kami nag aaudition maging super model. Ang mahalaga mahal kami ng husbands namin 🥹😂

“Konti ng breastmilk mo”
- gusto mo bang ihalo sa kape mo to kaya ka po nakukulangan? 😅 our bodies produce the amount of milk our baby needs. newborns don’t need a gallon you know.

“Sundan nyo na yan.”
- kayo po ba magdadala ng 9 months, iire, magbabayad ng bills? Sige sure po 🧡

“Mali yan, ganito dapat.”
- Okay pows, hiring kami ng tagabantay. Submit your resume po ☺️

Let’s be kind. It costs ZERO to say nice words. There’s no price to choosing to embrace the new mom who does not know how to do this motherhood thingy. 🌈

Losyang ka na daw? Mabuti kang Ina
Malaki ang katawan mo? Mabuti kang Ina
Sobrang payat mo? Mabuti kang Ina

Stop looking at our physical appearance para husgahan ang pagiging nanay namin. What's worst eh yung kapwa nanay pa ang magpupuna sa ibang nanay. Tandaan niyo na iba-iba tayo ng karanasan sa pagiging nanay. May ibang isa lang ang anak, may maraming anak, yung iba may katulong o katuwang sa bahay, yung iba walang ibang tutulong dahil nasa malayong lugar ang asawa o kamaganak. Yung iba single mom pa.

Stop JUDGING OTHER mothers just because you thought you're better than them. Walang competition kung sino ang pinaka da best nanay kasi para sa mga anak natin, tayo ang THE BEST sa lahat. Hindi kawawa ang anak natin kung ano man ang physical appearance natin, ang mahalaga pare-pareho natin silang naaalagaan ng maayos. 🥰

Kaya mga momsh, pabayaan niyo na yung mga nanghuhusga sa hitsura natin, nagaayos man tayo o hindi, mabuti tayong Ina.
