Mas okay pang maghintay kaysa bumili agad ng property.

Most of the time.

Hindi dahil takot ka.
Hindi dahil wala kang pangarap.

Kundi dahil may iniingatan ka.

Maraming bumibili ng property
para “masimulan na.”

Para may maipagmalaki.
Para may masabing achievement.
Para hindi mapag-iwanan.

Pero property is not a starter decision.

It’s a long-term weight.

Kapag pumasok ka nang maaga,
ikaw ang mag-aadjust sa property.

Kapag pumasok ka nang handa,
property ang mag-aadjust sa buhay mo.

Most people don’t rush because they’re confident.
They rush because they want to prove something.

At kapag validation ang pinanggalingan,
madalas mali ang decision.

Waiting doesn’t mean wala kang ginagawa.

Ibig sabihin, pinapalakas mo muna ang cashflow.
Pinoprotektahan mo ang flexibility mo.
Kinukumpleto mo ang emergency fund.

Kasi once you buy, hindi ka
na basta-basta makakagalaw.

May kasabihan nga na,
"Hindi yan kanin na kapag sinubo
mo at mainit ay iluluwa mo."

That’s why waiting, when done
with intention, is not delay.

It’s wisdom.

Never ka mauubusan ng
magagandang properties.

Ang tanong, ready na
ba ang financial foundation
mo kapag bumili ka na?

Property is not a reward.
It’s a responsibility you either survive or regret.
