Nathan: Your Guide to Banaue's Hidden Gems (and Maybe a Few Rain Clouds)

They say I'm a "whole-blooded Banaue," which basically means I'm as local as the rice terraces themselves. I've been trekking these fields since I was a kid, dodging rain clouds and dodging tourists who thought they could handle the steep paths without a guide.

But don't worry, I'm not one of those grumpy guides who scolds you for taking a selfie. I'm a licensed tour guide, and my job is to show you the best of Banaue, rain or shine. We'll explore rice fields, meet friendly villagers, and learn about the ancient traditions that make this place so special.

I'll even teach you a few local phrases, so you can impress your friends back home with your newfound knowledge of the Ifugao language. (Just don't ask me to translate "I'm lost and need a snack," because I'm not sure even the villagers know that one.)
