Thank you for all who supported the Batad Trek for a cause. We only have one week to prepare and promote but we were able to pull it off. Our hardworking ricefield farmers deserves more, so we'll go bigger and bolder next year!

A public jeep will be available at 6AM, Sunday at the Banaue market plaza, for the Batad Trek for a cause. You are all invited to attend. TICKET IS ONLY 250.

The Iwang ad Batad 2025 ( Tinawon Rice harvest Festival) theme is "Celebrating and preserving the rice culture-the heart of our heritage. "

To preserve the rice culture, we aim to support the ricefield owners and farmers who are maintaining this cultural heritage,hence the creation of this Batad Trek for a cause.

Assembly Venue: Batad Elementary School at 7Am

Group A:
Duration: 3-4 hours
Difficulty level: 4
Trek route:
Starting point Batad Elementary School- Patte Top View Point- Tappiya Water Falls, then back to Batad Elementary School.

Group B:
Duration: 3-4 hours
Difficulty level: 6
Trek route: Batad Elementary School-
Babloy Village - Budyu Hanging Bridge - Awa View Deck- Ulon Bugan View Deck then back to Batad Elementary School.

INSTRUCTIONS:
1. To register online, please send a message with your name, age, and send a screenshot of your Gcash payment on our messenger, Batad Trek for a cause. You can also visit the Banaue tourism office starting Monday to register. Tickets will be available at the Banaue Tourist Information Center. We appreciate early registration but walk-ins are always welcome.

2. If you can not come to Batad but you still want to support this cause, you can send via Gcash and send a screenshot with your name. You can include an appreciative message to our farmers. We will let your messages and donation, reach our farmers.

3. Public jeepney going to Batad will be available at the Banaue market plaza at 6Am, one way is Php 60. The jeepney returns at 2:30 PM.

Note: There is a van that leaves earlier going to Batad at 5:30 AM at the market plaza.

4. The registration fee of Php 250 is inclusive of heritage fee, water, cofee and snacks at the venue.

5. A Public lunch will be held at the venue after the Trek.
