As future leaders, it is our duty to uphold the values of discipline, integrity, and respect in every action we take. Turning a blind eye to lapses, no matter how small, only weakens the very standards we stand to protect. Let us always remember that true leadership is shown not only in what we accomplish ourselves, but also in what we allow to happen around us.

𝗥𝗢𝗧𝗖 𝗔𝗦𝗧𝗜𝗚 | 𝗔 𝗥𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗠𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁

It was a memorable day for the ten (10) Advance ROTC Cadets of Tagoloan Community College ROTC Unit, under 10RCDG, as they not only assisted during the Arcs of Sabers Ceremony for a military wedding but also had the rare opportunity to pose for a group photo with no less than their Commander, Maj. Gen. Ramon P. Zagala.

Dressed in their immaculate uniforms, the cadets stood with pride and honor beside their Commander. Moments like these remind our cadets that ROTC is more than drills and formations, it is about forging bonds with leaders, inspiring people, embracing the values of the Army, and preparing to be future inspirations themselves.

Filipino Citizen with good moral character
Physically and mentally fit
18 Years old but now older than 48 Yrs old

Requirements:
1. PSA Birth Certificate
2. Brgy Clearance
3. Police Clearance
4. Diploma
5. 2x2 picture with white background (4pcs)
6. Allowance during medical for 5 days worth php500 (100/day)
7. 2 PCs white t-shirt (Round neck)
8. Ballpen & pencil for NP exam sir.
