📣 LOOK | Strengthening Vaccine Advocacy through Communication! 🩺💬💉

A successful Roll-Out Orientation on Interpersonal Communication and Counseling (IPCC) was conducted for our Bakuna Champions — our hardworking Barangay Health Workers (BHWs) — as part of our ongoing efforts to improve community health education and vaccine confidence! 🙌💪

This activity aimed to equip our frontliners with essential skills in empathetic listening, effective communication, and counseling, enabling them to better address vaccine hesitancy and promote health-seeking behaviors in our communities.

It is with deep sorrow that we mourn the passing of Hon. Rene Rubino, a dedicated public servant who served as a Board Member of the Philippine Councilors League (PCL) – Cotabato Chapter and as a Sangguniang Bayan Member of President Roxas, Cotabato.

Hon. Rubino was a passionate advocate for grassroots governance, legislative innovation, and inclusive community development.
