We are pleased to inform you that as of 9:30 AM today, July 28, 2025, our internet services have been fully restored.
We understand how important connectivity is—especially during challenging times— and we extend our sincere apologies for the prolonged service disruption you may have experienced over the past few days.
The delay in service restoration was caused by a major fiber break in Malolos, Bulacan at 2:42 PM on July 22, 2025. Our technical team responded immediately and worked tirelessly to resolve the issue. However, the restoration took three days due to severe flooding, strong winds, and heavy rainfall in the area. Full service was successfully restored by the evening of July 25, 2025.
Unfortunately, just as restoration efforts were nearing completion, Typhoon Emong impacted La Union, inflicting additional damage to our fiber backbone infrastructure and further complicating the situation.
All available technical personnel were immediately deployed to the affected areas to conduct urgent repairs and restore connectivity as swiftly and safely as possible despite extreme weather conditions.
We deeply appreciate your patience, understanding, and continued support throughout this period. Please be assured that we remain fully committed to delivering reliable service and are actively working to enhance the resilience of our network.
