Happy Graduation, TLP graduates!

This achievement marks the hardships, sweat, and tears of The Lycean Pioneer members of batch 2024. As we end this journey of our high school lives, let us all remember how we got here and how hard we worked to get here. All the nights spent to ace performance tasks, arguments to get through a group written work, the money lent to finish a class activityโ€” now we are here.

Congratulations to the graduates and awardee of the last batch, Batch 2024! ๐ŸŽ‰ Give yourselves a pat on your back for making it through your last year as a high school student! This milestone will not be possible without everyone's hardwork, determination, courage, and perseverance. Let our Senior High School memoriesโ€” the friendships built and the mentors we found, serve as our motivation to conquer greater waves as we further sail to life.

The time you spent here in The Lycean Pioneer gave every one of us a chance to speak for our truth and be the voice of the voiceless. May your crafts, drafts, and articles serve as an inspiration for you to continue being the carriers of truth and fortitude to what ever path you will take.

As we embark on our journey as college students, we will now face new challengesโ€” a new world, rather. Continue to strive for what is just, fair, and true. This way, we can be the pillars of truth and influence people to open their eyes on the truth.

Makikita sa ating kasaysayan ang pagdurusang sinapit ng ating mga ninuno sa ilalim ng mga mapang-alipustang mananakop noon. Ngunit, sa kabila ng ilang dekadang paghihirap, nakamit natin ang kalayaang ng Pilipinas dahil sa tanyag na kabayanihan, tapang, at pagkakaisa ng mga Pilipino. Ngayon, atin nang natatamasa ang malayang buhay na mayroong dignidad at dangal.

Ngunit hindi pa rito nagtatapos ang laban. Ang mga Pilipino ay patuloy pa rin sa pakikibaka laban sa bulok na sistema at malalang korupsyon sa ating bansa. Hanggang ngayon, humaharap pa rin ang masang Pilipino sa mga panganib at banta sa seguridad ng bansa.

Kaya naman sa araw na ito, ating ipagdiwang ang Araw ng Kalayaan at gunitain ang ating mga bayani. Bilang pasasalamat sa kanilang mga sakripisyo, ipakita natin ang pagkakaisa at likas na pagiging makabayan natin, sa kabila ng panganib at isyung kinakaharap ng Pilipinas.

Tandaan nating dumaan na ang Pilipinas sa masalimuot na kasaysayan. Ngunit, isapuso rin natin na sa kasaysayang ito mapatutunayan ang tapang ng mga Pilipino. Hindi tayo kailanman palulupig sa kahit na sinong nagnanais sumiil sa ating bansa.

Ngayong ika-126 na Araw ng Kalayaan, itaas natin ang bandera ng Pilipinas, tumindig nang may dignidad, at ipakita ang ating pagmamahal sa bayanโ€”bilang sagisag ng ating kalayaan.
