2 Years Ignoring the Signs… 😔
Until One Day Changed Everything. 💚
In the past 2 years, napansin ko na may mga pagbabago sa katawan ko. Lagi akong pagod. Parang lutang. And then slowly, nagti-thin na yung buhok ko. 😔Akala ko normal lang, stress, puyat, kulang sa vitamins…
So I ignored it.
Until recently, mga 3 months ago,I finally decided to get myself checked. That’s when I found out…Mataas na pala ang blood sugar ko.
Grabe ang feelings that time,may takot, worries, at honestly, discouragement. 😔 Iba pala ang feeling once you know something’s really going on inside.
But that moment became my wake-up call.
I started to learn more about my health. And the more I learned, the more I realized: Ang dami pa pala nating hindi alam.
We often ask:
“Bakit ganito pakiramdam ko?”
“Bakit parang lutang, pagod or hair fall?”
Pero we don’t always try to find the answers.
We just continue living the same way not knowing, not questioning, not changing.
In the past 3 months, ang dami ko talagang realizations. And it all started with one choice:
to stop ignoring, and start learning.
I started researching on my own, Not as a professional, but just someone trying to understand her body.
And ito yung mga natutunan ko:
High blood sugar and hormonal imbalance can cause:
⚠️ Hair thinning or hair fall
⚠️ Constant fatigue (kahit bagong tulog)
⚠️ Brain fog / lutang feeling
⚠️ Mood swings, irritability
⚠️ Irregular period
⚠️ Slow hair growth
⚠️ Cravings and emotional eating
💚 Life is what we make it.
If we choose awareness, we choose healing.
If we ask questions, we start to understand.
If we change even slowly we give ourselves a better chance.
I’m still on the journey.
Pero I’m proud na from 300+, my sugar is now 94. 🙏
And little by little, may baby hairs na akong tumutubo.

someone out there needs to hear this too.
