LOOK| World Mental Health Day 2025 🌍

Theme: “Access to Services: Mental Health in Catastrophes and Disasters”

Our celebration of World Mental Health Day 2025 was a meaningful reminder that caring for our minds is just as important as caring for our bodies. 💚

Dr. Weljelyn A. Bual-Abamonga, MD, MPA shared a heartfelt message on compassion and understanding, while Katherine Mae G. Valendez, RN and Xy-za Enterina-Angeles, RN inspired everyone with practical tips and proper information on maintaining mental wellness. 🌱

The creativity and passion of the participants in the Poster Making, Video Presentation, and Sayawit contests truly made the event special—showing that together, we can create a community that values care, hope, and mental health for all. 💫

On September 29, 2025, our school community gathered for the “Shine a Light of Hope” initiative, with Ms. Audrey Fabionar, Division Registered Guidance Counselor, leading a meaningful discussion on mental health awareness and its importance, especially among adolescents. She reminded everyone with an empowering message: “It’s okay not to be okay, but it’s not okay to stay silent.”

In observance of Su***de Prevention Month, we are called to recognize that seeking help is a sign of strength, and every voice matters. Together, let us continue breaking the silence, overcoming stigma, and fostering a supportive community of care and hope. No one is ever alone on this journey.

From vivid brushstrokes to powerful words, each participant expressed their own style and vision, making the event a true celebration of skill, imagination, and passion! 🎉🎨👏

LOOK| Get ready, KaBarkadas! 🎉

As we celebrate Intramurals 2025, we challenge each curriculum to send one representative for the Poster Slogan Contest and Painting Contest. With the theme “Igniting the Spirit of Unity, Breaking Limits Through Play,” this event is your chance to show how art and words can unite, inspire, and bring our school spirit to life. 🌟

🖌️ In the Poster Slogan Contest, participants will combine powerful words and creative visuals on a ¼ illustration board. With 5 hours to finish and 30% weight on the slogan, 70% on the poster, it’s all about balance between message and design.

🎨 In the Painting Contest, artistry takes the spotlight with a 15x20 canvas that highlights intramural spirit. Participants have 6 hours to create a masterpiece that reflects sports, unity, and pride.
