MERMAID SCARLETT 🧜🏼‍♀️

Meet our adventurous mermaid who’s always ready to dive into new challenges. She’s an advanced mermaid and freediver, balancing her ocean life with her role as an executive assistant on land. Despite the cold weather and chilly pool, she joined our STA Breathhold training to explore the magic of mindful breathing and learn exercises which she can do at the comfort of her home to further lengthen her breathhold. She surprised herself with strong, steady breathholds reaching 1 minute and 50+ seconds! Now, she’s fired up to come back for a "revenge breathhold" and finally hit that 2-minute mark (and beyond!).

We can't wait to see her shine even brighter.
Just like her dives, her spirit runs deep and unstoppable.💙
