BPC is the oldest and premier organization of journalists in the Province of Batangas. It was first organized on Dec. 14, 1958. But has not survived Martial Law until it was revived in 1996. It was finally incorporated on June 10, 2003 with the following founders/incorporators:

Juan Clarete Manalo - Trustee. The Securities and Exchange Commission finally issued the Certificate of Incorporation - July 9, 2003.
