She reminded aspiring journalists that beyond correcting grammar and crafting concise headlines, every word must remain truthful to the story it represents.

With resource speaker Mrs. Christine May P. Brilliantes, these aspiring journalists learned about the fundamentals of copyediting and headline writing. She focused on the mechanics, such as the symbols used in the event, honing their abilities.

Emphasizing the responsibility of editorial cartoonists, Mr. Nathan Art Ray Yutan highlighted that a cartoon should carry both artistic value and a message. He explained that even caricatures must be based on truth, allowing cartoonists to portray realities and express meaningful perspectives through their exaggerated form of work.

The workshop's second day focused on Editorial Cartooning, Feature Writing, and Layout and Page Design, where participants explored the principles, techniques, and creative processes of each event.
