To the Management of August Cafe Mind you, you must evaluate your employees in the counter.

Incident Happened just today October 27,2024- Sunday. We went to the cafe because we find it so relaxing and really good for relaxation as it is overlooking (The Ambiance is recommendable) However your staff in the counter is not doing the same way as your ambiance was. We were in group upon visiting your cafe, among all the orders one order seems not going with what it is expected. Nag order ako ng BANANA MILK , sa nakakikita niyo sa picture naka circle walang ICED sa Menu HOT lang ang meron, piro after the order and e serve sa akin, ICED yung BANANA MILK na dumating, then I asked the waiter, the waiter responed on what is directed to him from the counter and I dont have a problem with that, But one thing really pi**ed me off here? is when I approached the attendant and asked her “DIBA HOT MAN AKO GIORDER? NGANONG COLD MANI GIABOT, the attendant answered “ SIR WALA MAN AVAILABLE NA HOT ANA ICED RAMAN” and I replied “ NO, NAG ORDER KO ANI KAY NAG EXPECT KO NA HOT RA ANG AVAILABLE KAY MAO NA NAKABUTANG SA MENU” the attendant answered my reply stating “AY SAYOP MANA ANG MENU “ and told her “ SO SALA NAKO?” Ako pa talaga mag adjust sa MENU? nobody told me na walang hot na available even sa pag bayad. SO NAKIPAGMATIGASAN ANG STAFF SA COUNTER they never asked for apology , MURA GYUD UG MGA ENTITLED!. one thing pa sinabihan nila yung kasama ko na nagsabi daw sila sa akin na walang HoT, ICED lang daw ang meron. Like Really? is that they were trained in customer service to make baseless accusation? Take note , di lang ako we were 3 pa nainsulto sa mga Staff nila.

before commenting Why I posted here? This is to clear you guys, I posted this for awareness atleast you already have an Idea na ganyan ang ibang staff nila.

bakit di mo sinabi sa management? Wala ang owner sa area I think yung manager lang meron, but the manager never approach kahit mag hingi ng pasensya!
