LOOK: The Philippine National Police, under the leadership of Police General Nicolas D. Torre III, successfully held the Family Day and One-Day Special Event of Frontline Services today, July 29, 2025, at the PNP Multi-Purpose Center in Camp Crame, Quezon City.
This special event was all about making life a little easier for PNP personnel and their families by offering them convenient access to a range of essential government services—right at their workplace. It was designed to help improve the overall wellbeing of officers and their loved ones, bringing important services to their doorstep.
The Chief PNP personally graced the event and welcomed the representatives from various government agencies and partner institutions. Among those present were Mr. Angel Custer M. Enriquez of the Department of Foreign Affairs (Passport-on-Wheels), Mr. Melvin P. Iguiron of the Land Transportation Office (LTO E-Patrol Central Office), and Mr. Navin Gerald O. Garcia of the Pag-IBIG Fund-On-Wheels. The Philippine Statistics Authority was represented by Mr. Victor E. Mendoza from the PhilSys Registry Office and Mr. Karlo Maru M. Dimaano from the Civil Registry Services. Also joining were Ms. Marietta Agieto from the Quezon City Public Employment Service Office and Ms. Yvonne Nicole M. Canlas representing Director Junibert E. De Sagun of the Department of Agriculture.
From the private sector, the PNP was honored by the presence of Trustee PLTGEN Edgar Alan O. Okubo, and Mr. Victor Paul Ragus of the Public Safety Mutual Benefit Fund, Inc. (PSMBFI) as part of the Kabalikat Fair 2025. The Ayala Corporation, through its Saludo sa Serbisyo Program, was represented by General Emmanuel T. Bautista AFP (Ret.) and Ms. Yazmine Gau T. Agustin. Also present was Ms. Penche Flores Osmeña of XUR Homes Realty and 8990 Holdings Inc. (DECA Homes).
PMGen Roderick Augustus Alba, Director for Police Community Relations, and PBGen Marvin Joe Saro, Director for Police Community Affairs and Development Group, played an essential role in making sure everything ran smoothly as they oversaw the event.
The event gave Crame-based PNP personnel and their families the chance to take care of important tasks like renewing driver’s licenses, processing passports and IDs, securing civil documents, finding housing, and even getting employment assistance. It was a clear demonstration of the PNP’s ongoing commitment to taking care of its personnel and their families, while also strengthening partnerships with different government and private institutions in the name of public service.
