NORSU-BSC Joins 126th Philippine Civil Service Anniversary Celebration

The Negros Oriental State University – Bayawan-Sta. Catalina Campus (NORSU-BSC) joins the nation in celebrating the 126th Philippine Civil Service Anniversary on September 4, 2026.

With the theme, “Bawat Kawani, Lingkod Bayani: Para sa Taumbayan, Para sa Bagong Pilipinas,” the celebration recognizes the dedication, integrity, and commitment of government employees who continuously provide essential services to the Filipino people.

In line with the celebration, NORSU-BSC faculty and staff are encouraged to participate in the activities organized by the Local Government Unit (LGU) of Bayawan City, including the Holy Mass, parade, and opening program at the NORSU-BSC Arena.
